Southport Inquiry Phase 1 report finding
This really hurts, because 1 of the greatest and endemic failings that led to this barbaric crime was that the agencies who knew about this psychopath DID NOT LIAISE/COMMUNICATE AND SHARE information and possible actions. WHY? And WHY did Rebecca fall foul to EXACTLY ths same failings which are documented over and over again in the investigations, which it tore my heart out to instigate and then have to read.
And to know that Rebecca and all of those beautiful lives could’ve been saved from the horror that became their fate because of the ineptitude of our current services .Shame on you AND when is common sense going to prevail????
