Everglow the Rebecca Kruza Foundation Campaign is now affiliated to TALK IT OUT in Deal Kent and will share information with us. They welcome any fellow sufferers with cheer, common sense, and therapeutic activities. They are a mental health self-help group and are usually found at their Lost the Plot Allotment, during the coronavirus restrictions, where they grow enviable vegetables and flowers and eat a lot of cake, all of which has seen me through many dark days, so I highly recommend them should you ever feel the need.
